Our Services
Central heating controls include room thermostats, central heating programmers, central heating time switches, motorised valves, thermostatic radiator valves and more. Central heating controls can permit total control of your home’s central heating system.
A lower setting reduces the volume of hot water, using less energy and saving you money. If you’re not using a room, TRVs can also be used to either turn the radiator off completely or maintain a minimum temperature to keep the room just warm enough to prevent damp.

Loft insulation is a barrier of material in your roof space that traps heat. It can either be laid between the joists (the horizontal beams along the floor of your attic) or the rafters (the angled beams that support the roof).
The layer of insulation traps heat inside the rooms below the loft, so the air within your property stays warmer for longer. It also keeps cold air from outside entering your property. This means you do not have to heat your home as much to achieve the same temperature in each room.

Solar electricity panels, also known as photovoltaics (PV), capture the sun’s energy and convert it into electricity that you can use in your home. By installing solar panels, you can generate your own renewable electricity.
You can use the electricity your panels generate, and so reduce your bills. Savings depend on system size, electricity use, whether you’re at home during the day to use the energy you’re producing and other factors.

An air source heat pump is a type of heat pump that can absorb heat from outside a structure and release it inside using the same vapor-compression refrigeration process and much the same equipment as air conditioners but used in the opposite direction.
It transfers more energy (in the form of heat) into your home than it takes in electricity – making it more efficient than a gas boiler.

Internal wall insulation is done by fitting rigid insulation boards to the wall, or by building a stud wall filled in with insulation material such as mineral wool fibre.
Almost half of all the heat lost from solid walled buildings escapes via the outside walls. If these walls are insulated from inside the building, the rate of heat loss will be reduced, your home will be kept warmer for longer and you will save money on your fuel bills.

A central heating system has pipework and radiators which are connected to a boiler. The boiler provides the heat and the pump moves heated water from the boiler through the pipework to the radiators, and back to the boiler for reheating.
